Located at a strategic point of Granada, where the “Suspiro del Moro” mountain pass is to be found, a pure stream of air from Sierra Nevada which provides all kinds of properties for drying ham. This facility is undergoing expansion to cover millions of hams, always deploying the most advanced control and automation systems. If Atarfe is our largest centre at present, Otura is expected to become so in the near future.

The highest drying house in Spain at a height of 1,473m. Our drying house in Trevélez is a showpiece of white walls and floors where we patiently cure each piece in a natural way: opening and closing the windows as the mythical “chorrillo” wind passes by from the peaks of Sierra Nevada.
