Comapa Collaborates with Chef Dani Garcia in "A 4 Manos", the Leading Gastronomic Workshops
The most important national and international chefs attended the fifth edition of the “A 4 manos” , gastronomic workshops, organised by the Malaga-born chef Dani García. As well as being a sponsor, Comapa provided its best product: Jamón Ibérico.
Comapa, a leading company in the whole jamón sales sector, attended the event with a premium quality product: their 100% Iberian acorn-fed La Joya and Aristocracia Jamón . The most relevant Michelin starred chefs in the country were able to enjoy the jamón, alongside the other guests, throughout 4 gastronomic days filled with quality, work, success, illusion and excitement.
A jamón with an intense flavour and aromas that immerse and wake up the palette. An acorn-fed 100% Iberian Jamón , coming from pigs raised in the meadows on organic acorns and natural animal feed. A jamón for exquisite palettes.
Dani García has the habit of making the most of these workshops to pay tribute to his colleagues. Tribute was paid to Ferrán Adriá and Nobu Matsuhisa in previous editions, but this year - which coincided with Father's Day in Spain- it could be no other than the godfather of Spanish gastronomy, Juanmari Arzak. This was a very special night, full of emotion and excitement, where Arzak was accompanied by his daughter Elena Arzak, as well as his friends and colleagues, 20 of the best chefs of the moment: Berasategui, Joan Roca, Paco Roncero, Ángel León, Diego Guerrero and many others.
Personality and identity; that was how the essence of each plate served over these days was defined. A different kitchen, with its own identity, focused on sparking curiosity, discovering new tastes, textures and smells and, above all, surprising the diner.
With the aim of creating the image of the brand and linking itself to haute cuisine, the Comapa Group served jamón, at the hands of a "master slicer", in each of the events that took place in Dani García's restaurants, Bibo , Atelier and Lobito de mar . This was a truly unique experience.
