Comapa, Leading Jamón Sales Company, Takes Part in the Alimentaria 2018 Exhibition
Comapa took part in Alimentaria 2018, the most relevant gastronomic exhibition on a national level, with the best stand created up until now. Innovative, sophisticated, approachable and full of life. Here we showed the world our products, curing facilities, business model and the company's production capacity. We were able to transmit the confidence, transparency and approachability necessary to consolidate ourselves as a strong, solid company with a great projection for the future.
A 14 metre long aisle showed a display window with the cured and cooked products that the company trades. By means of a 360° video we transported the visitor to the curing facilities and meadows in Granada, Salamanca and Huelva without leaving the exhibition; this was a unique experience where they could see how the animals are carefully raised in nature.
Comapa has focused its business model on the consumer, thinking about their needs and preferences, with a work model that is increasingly more sustainable, thinking about caring for the environment, with more ecological and natural processes.
Furthermore, with the aim of bringing the stand to life, various events were created. Two chefs were in attendance, who despite their young age, have positioned themselves as great professionals in the world of gastronomy. Esther Requena, the winner of Spanish Master Chef Junior 5 and Fabián León, finalist in the first series of said programme. They presented simple, easy to make recipes on 17 and 18 April. There were also four cooking demonstrations in which the quality of our products: jamón Ibérico and natural, ecological meat and our mini range (mini hamburgers and mini chorizo pieces), was promoted with the new needs of the consumer in mind.
Another of the events was the announcement about the collaboration agreement between Comapa and Ángel Nieto Team; the only Spanish MotoGP team. This collaboration will last all season in all the categories in which the team participates, from a grassroots level to the pinnacle of the world MotoGP championship.
We took this moment alongside Gelete Nieto and Jorge Aspar to pay tribute to the 12+1 world champion, Ángel Nieto, through a very emotive video and the words of his son and friend, that new him so very well and were responsible for creating this Moto GP team in his name, which we are very proud to sponsor.
